The Digitization of the Watch Industry

A short-lived trend or a revolution on the wrist? The universe of watches nowadays moves in the field of tension between intelligent high-tech accessories and traditional craftsmanship. An increasing number of manufacturers enlarge their products ranges by including smartwatches and intelligent accessories. The new Watch Innovation Forum of INHORGENTA MUNICH 2016 picked up this topic area by offering exciting lectures and an interactive exhibition space in “Timepieces” Hall A1. After a two-year break, also the Fossil brand returned to the trade show with its “Connected Accessories” and presented its new collection in Hall A1.
