Make use of the service and contacts of Messe München GmbH to draw TV broadcasters’ attention to your company’s new products, themes and events connected with your trade fair presentation.

What we offer 
The trade fair TV Service for inhorgenta europe 2007 includes:

• a theme service for TV broadcasters worldwide
• own TV productions before and during the trade fair
• worldwide distribution to TV broadcasters
• video clips on the homepage of inhorgenta europe 2007 at www.inhorgenta.com 
• TV Service Centre with editing and viewing tables and film archive for TV journalists.

If you have themes, which can be broadcast, then please let us know soon, and in detail, about the activities you are planning, so that we can include them in our theme service and production schedules. You can also supply your own video material on Betacam SP. You will get your tapes back only during the trade fair in our TV Service Centre.

Costs
None for the theme service and shooting.
You can obtain recordings of the filmed material through our production company in the TV Service Centre, as and when available.

Make use of the service and contacts of Messe München GmbH to draw radio reporters` attention to your company`s new products, themes and events.

What we offer
In the trade fair Radio Studio, Messe München produces reports, ready for broadcasting, on subjects connected with inhorgenta europe 2007 and supplies the radio stations with them. Tell us about your new products and trade fair events, visits from VIPs at your stand. An experienced team of radio professionals will handle your input, check its broadcast suitability and then make it into a report. For this we conduct interviews with representatives of your company and integrate these statements into our radio reports.

The reports are then distributed through our radio service, which is in constant contact with the radio stations. Our radio reports thus reach up to 200 radio stations in German-speaking countries. In addition, a special audio-online section will be set up on our press pages on the Internet. Here all the reports produced and statements with live sound can be downloaded in broadcasting quality worldwide.

Costs
This service is free of charge - but we make no guarantee that your report will be broadcast. The decision on which reports to broadcast lies entirely with the radio stations.
Recordings on CD will be available during inhorgenta europe 2007 in Messe München`s Radio Studio in the Press Centre West, 2nd floor. They cost € 13.
