With more than
30,000 trade fair visitors from more than 80 countries, inhorgenta europe is one of the most important platforms of the
international timepiece and jewelry scene. This internationalism is even
reflected on the culinary level in the meantime. For the first time at the
trade fair, there will be a Jewish-oriental specialty restaurant with the name
"Cohen's". The majority of food offered
will be traditional Jewish dishes from Habsburg Europe, Israel and the
Orient. Big favorites are the Shabbat stew "Tschulend",
"gefillte fish", Wiener schnitzel, latkes (small potato puffs) and
classic pirogi.
Cohen's at inhorgenta europe belongs to
the family-run Munich restaurant in Theresien Street,
which is popular both with Munich
residents and guests from throughout the world.
Trade
fair visitors who would like to taste kosher delicacies can find Cohen's
in Hall B2, booth 322.
