The trade visitors admitted to inhorgenta europe are exclusively jewellers,
watch- and clockmakers, gold- and silversmiths, mineralogists, gemsetters,
diamond experts, gemmologists, owners and employees of antique shops, commercial
agents dealing in watches, clocks, jewellery, jewels, etc. with credentials,
engravers, electroplating businesses, jewellery designers (only with
credentials), students from goldsmith and other relevant technical colleges,
apprentices, coin dealers, mints, auction houses with credentials as jewellery
retailers, furniture stores with credentials for silver articles, opticians,
mail-order firms specialising in advertising materials with credentials, the
sector`s suppliers, members of relevant guilds and trade
associations. |

You do not have to register in advance. However, if you do, you can order
admission tickets at reduced rates. These will be sent to you by post in time
for the fair. You save time and money if you order your admission tickets in
advance and do not have to register when you get to the fair, but have immediate
access to the halls - without having to queue! |

If you would like to register in advance as a first-time visitor, you have
the following possibilities:

- When you have completed the application, you can send it with appropriate
credentials either by fax on

Once the application has been examined, you will be stored permanently in
inhorgenta europe's visitor database. You will be sent a form for ordering
tickets and catalogues. When you have received your login, you can also place
orders online for tickets and catalogues at reduced rates.

You can register as trade visitor when you arrive at the fair. We provide
you with the necessary registration forms. Visitors who have not registered in
advance and do not have a customer number have to provide appropriate
credentials upon registration. Admission tickets cost the regular price at the
ticket offices. |

Copies of extracts from the commercial register, registration of a trade or
business, invoices for orders, confirmation of deliveries, certificates of
master craftsmen, examination certificates etc. are accepted as credentials. You
gain access to inhorgenta europe if you have submitted or provided clear
evidence that you are a trade visitor. |

It is easy to register online at www.inhorgenta.com. There you will find the
registration form in the section for trade visitors. We also need appropriate
credentials. You can send them to us by fax or post. When you have registered
successfully, we shall inform you by e-mail how to order tickets and catalogues
online, by fax or by post during the run-up to the fair.

It is easy to order tickets online. All trade visitors can order tickets
online with their login and password. To do so, you have to be a registered
trade visitor. |

You pay for your orders in advance either by credit card or cheque. At the
ticket offices you can pay either by cash or by credit
card. |

No, you must pay for admission tickets and catalogues in advance. We do not
send out invoices. |

You can return paid but unused admission tickets to Messe München after the
fair. Please let us know your banking connection. We charge a handling fee of
EUR 7,00 for each ticket. |

Is your company already registered? Owners or managers of a registered
company can register their employees online. Owners or managers confirm in a
letter that the employees work in the registered company, are entitled to make
purchases and are visiting the fair upon the wish or their superior. This letter
is to be sent with orders placed before the fair. Employees can also be
registered online. Employees who register at the fair must also submit such a
letter, unless the owner or manager is present and can confirm their
data. |

Exhibitors pass on guest tickets to their business partners. The guest
ticket is a voucher for a free one-day admission ticket. Only trade visitors
admitted to the fair are entitled to exchange guest tickets for a free one-day
admission ticket. Even if you have a guest ticket, you must be able to present
appropriate credentials. A guest ticket alone or an exhibitor`s invitation does
not suffice for admission. |

You can use one-day, two-day and permanent tickets on the days you
choose. |
 |
|
If you order your admission tickets in advance, you receive one MVV
accompanying ticket per admission ticket. This MVV ticket entitles you to free
use of all Munich`s city transport (MVV - urban railway, underground, trams and
buses) to the trade fair grounds and back on the day/days you visit the fair.
Visitors who purchase their admission ticket at the fair receive a free ticket
for their return journey by Munich city transport. | |
